India Calling Come Rediscover the Fabled Land

India remains an all time favourite tourist destination for millions around the globe. After all, very few places in the world offer such a medley of delights at almost unbeatable prices. Be it the pristine beach destination of Goa or the snow sporting paradise of Gulmarg – India has it all. With hotel tariffs ranking amongst the lowest in the world, it is understandable that the priceless Indian charms prove endearing to most globe trotters. Here is just a smattering of India’s holiday jewels.

Golden Triangle Tour

Luxury Holidays in India are perhaps best started with the golden triangle tour of Delhi, Agra, and Jaipur for a sneak peek into the country’s glorious regal legacy. If Agra stuns with the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, Delhi charms with the Red Fort, Jama Masjid, India Gate, and Rashtrapati Bhavan. Similarly, the pink city of Jaipur brings you up close to wonders like the Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort and Jaigarh Fort.

Mountain Destinations

India is synonymous with the mighty Himalayas and remains a veritable paradise for the mountain enthusiast. The hill states of Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, and Kashmir amongst a slew of other choices alone ensure that you have your hands full. Some of the most popular spots in these hill destinations are ‘Valley of Flowers’, Mussourie, Gulmarg, Shimla, Auli, and Chopta.

Jungle Delights

There are plenty of National Parks and wildlife sanctuaries throughout the length and breadth of the country. Some of the most prominent ones are Corbett National Park, Kanha National Park, Sunderbans Delta, Bandhavgarh National Park, Gir National Park, and Kaziranga National Park. Out of these, the Corbett National Park was the hunting ground of the famed colonial era hunter, Jim Corbett. In fact, every jungle has its own story. For instance, the Sunderbans has been baffling scientists as to why the tigers here are born man eaters.

Hotels in Delhi – Infinite Options!

Qutub Residency Hotel
If there is one city that shakes the entire being of a ‘human being’, it has to be Delhi! No city in this entire world will make you go through the entire gamut of emotions at about the same time. From absolute bliss to outright disgust, this Indian city will make you feel emotions you thought never existed!

But right now I am not going to delve into the remarkable charm and appeal of this Indian capital city. We are in fact going to talk about the accommodation options available for the people in this radiant city. Let’s admit that even with all its ‘shortcomings’ Delhi remains a highly popular holiday destination. This ensures that the city is dotted with a variety of hotel options. Hotels in Delhi are remarkably varied and serve all kinds of budgets. While there is no dearth of lavish Delhi hotels, it is the generous availability of cheap Delhi hotels that makes the city such a popular destination among budget travellers.

For tourists who need to unravel the phenomenon called Delhi within restricted budget there are plenty of cheap options available. Cheap hotels in Delhi are scattered all over the city but there few locales like Pahar Ganj and Karol Bagh that seem to flooded with cheap accommodation options for foreign tourists.

The Grand
Pahar Ganj, in particular, is a haven for backpackers as the place is located very close to the city railway station. The overall aura and atmosphere of the place also seems to be highly influenced by the influx of tourists and it appears to be some kind of ‘underprivileged’ European market!
