Elsia Grandcourt, Deputy CEO of the Seychelles Tourism Board has joined Flavien Joubert, Principal of the Tourism Academy in order to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Mr. Manvinder Puri, CEO of Nira Hotels & Resorts.
As per this MOU, the Nira Hotels & Resorts will support the Seychelles Tourism Academy in the area of training. The partnership is likely to promote Seychelles holidays among vacationers.
Mr. Puri has been a renowned name in the world of hotel industry and has been linked with some of the amazing luxury hotels in the globe such as the Peninsula Hotels (Hong Kong), Raffles Hotel, The Fullerton Hotel (Singapore), Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, The Ritz-Carlton, Halekulani (Hawaii), Hyatt Hotels, and Fairmont Hotels.
While launching the formalities for this MOU, Mrs. Grandcourt said that Seychelles is highly grateful to Nira Hotels & Resorts for their valuable assistance and commitment. Moreover, Mrs. Grandcourt announced that as of January 18, 2012, two of their lecturers would be going to Mauritius to partake in the 2 weeks of work attachment at the Shanti Maurice Spa centre.
